| How to order: Our systems
are primarily geared to online ordering with credit card payments.
To ensure maximum accuracy and efficiency, place your order here online using your credit card. We use “authorize.net” – one of the most secure payment
processing system available on the Internet. We also have automated
order tracking tools that link with UPS, so that you will always
know the exact status of your order by checking back on our website.
If
online ordering does not suit you, we also offer these additional
options:
* Ordering by Fax: You will need to provide the order
details along with your credit card information and fax to us
at (562) 286-8022. If you provide an email address also, the confirmation
will automatically be emailed to you.
* Ordering by Phone: Please call (Toll Free) 1-888-7COSTUME (1-888-726-7886) during 8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST Mon-Fri only.
* Paying by Check or Money Order: If you want to pay by check or Money Order, please mail your check or money order to Costumes4Less.com 7625 East Rosecrans Avenue #3 Paramount, Ca 90723 USA. Please be sure to include all details regarding your order. If paying by check, your order can only be shipped after your check is cashed.
* Bulk Orders/Special Orders: In order to get a special discount or quote for large orders, please follow this procedure: Continue with online shopping as if you are placing an order. During checkout stage, choose "save order" instead of "checkout". This order will be saved under your email address. We will then be able to look at it and decide if any discount can be offered. Alternative, you may also send a detailed email to bulkorders@costumes4less.com, describing the items, colors, sizes, quantities, date by which you need those items and any other requirements or questions you may have. In any case, we will contact you back via email, so that you may complete your purchase.

We want you to be totally satisfied
with your purchase.
But we also need to maintain our low cost policy. With that in mind, here is our Return and Exchange Policy:
All requests for returns/exchanges must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. There is no need to make a phone call. Simply use our online procedure (required) for obtaining Return Authorization & Instructions prior to returning the item.

If we sent you the wrong costume (wrong style,
color or size), we will exchange it for the right costume. You must return it within 5 days. We will pay the shipping costs.

If it has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it. You must return it within 5 days. We will pay the shipping costs.

If the costume was damaged in transit
by UPS, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to send a replacement and give you instructions for returning the merchandise.

If upon visual
inspection, it looks like the size won’t fit, we will exchange it for a different size. You must return it within 5 days. You will pay the shipping costs.

If upon visual
inspection you don’t like the costume, we will exchange it for a different style that we may have in stock. You must return the original costume within 5 days. Shipping costs are not refunded.

If you want to return a costume and do not want an
exchange (e.g. there may be no time left to receive
a substitute costume), we will refund the cost minus 20% restocking
fee, provided it is returned in original packing and has not
been worn at all. You must return the original costume within 5 days. Shipping costs are not refunded.
If you are buying a costume for a special party, and if you want to use Return or Exchange privileges, then you must buy early enough, so that in case you need to exchange the costume,
there will be enough time available.
During Halloween Season (Oct 1 to Oct 31) following additional
restrictions apply:
Any items purchased during the month of October are not returnable. That is why it is safer to buy your Halloween Costume in September to ensure your choice of style and also allow for the possibility of exchange, if necessary.

An order that has just been placed and has not yet been processed by our warehouse can be cancelled for a full refund with no questions asked.
Once our system sends the order to warehouse, our automated systems do not allow us to change or cancel the order.
If your item cannot be shipped for any reason, our warehouse will put your order on "Hold" and then you'll be able to cancel it or make any changes and resubmit the order. |

Any orders received by noon are shipping same day. All orders are shipping within 24 hours. The transit time (guaranteed) after we ship depends on the shipping method you choose - 3 Day (expedited), 2 day air, Next Day, Next day with Saturday Delivery. Have a happy Halloween!!

These shipping costs apply to most items we carry, which weigh less than 1.5 lbs and fit in a standard box. Additional shipping cost applies to items are that are big or heavy.
